Background
Dan has spent his career inside the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment industry. He has held senior roles at three of the largest electrical recyclers in the UK, with responsibility for compliance operations, producer relationships and treatment standards.
Alongside operational leadership, Dan has sat on the panels that shape the regulations themselves — chairing the ESA Working Group, contributing to the EURIC Working Group at European level, and serving on CENELEC TC111/WG6, which develops the technical standards for WEEE treatment.
He brings that combination of operational, commercial and policy experience directly to producers — without the overhead and the conflicts of interest that come with working through a compliance scheme. The work is straightforward: help businesses stay compliant, reduce their costs, and navigate complex regulatory change with someone who has seen it from every angle.
